Dear Sir, Madam, in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation, I hereby wish to exercise my right to erase the personal data concerning me, for the following reasons in particular:
I believe that the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed in another way.I withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data because I consider that they have been unlawfully collected or that sensitive data are collected without any legal basis for processing.I am opposed to the processing of my data because I believe that there are no legitimate grounds for processing or that they are used for marketing purposes or even profiling.I believe that my personal data have been unlawfully processed.I believe that my personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for by European Union law or by the law of the Member State to which the data controller is subject.I believe that personal data have been collected unlawfully, fraudulently or questionably from a child under the age of 16.I believe that my personal data have been made public by the data controller and I would like them to be erased, as well as any copies or reproductions of the same data.
I realise that my request may be opposed on the basis of a proven need to process this data in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation; in any case, irrespective of whether my data is erased or this request is refused, I must be notified within a reasonable period of time, in accordance with Article 19 of the same regulation.*I hereby confirm that I am the person concerned and that I agree to the collection of personal data relating to this request regarding the right of access.*
